SkedPal

Overview
SkedPal takes time blocking and makes it dynamic. Instead of manually dragging tasks into calendar slots, you list your tasks, assign priorities and due dates, and SkedPal does the scheduling. The AI looks at your available time, your energy patterns, and the relative importance of each task, then distributes everything across your workweek. What makes SkedPal different from a standard calendar is how it handles disruption. When a meeting gets added or a task runs longer than expected, SkedPal reschedules the remaining items automatically. You're not left with a broken schedule — the AI rebuilds it in seconds. The tool integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCal, so it works alongside your existing calendar rather than replacing it. You can create time maps to protect certain hours (deep work in the morning, admin in the afternoon) and SkedPal respects those constraints. Recurring tasks, projects with multiple subtasks, and external deadlines are all supported. It's particularly useful for knowledge workers who have a mix of self-directed work and scheduled meetings every week.

Best For
Freelancers and consultants managing a mix of client deliverables, meetings, and self-directed work, Knowledge workers who struggle with manual time blocking but need daily structure to stay productive, Creators with long-form projects like videos or courses that require scheduled focus blocks, Managers who want to plan their entire week at once rather than scheduling tasks one by one, Anyone using Google Calendar or Outlook who wants AI to handle the scheduling layer automatically
How It Works
SkedPal connects to your Google Calendar or Outlook account during setup. You build your task list inside SkedPal — each task gets a title, estimated duration, priority level, and optional deadline. You can also define time maps, which are recurring blocks of time reserved for specific types of work (for example, creative tasks only before noon). When ready, SkedPal's scheduling engine places every task into available calendar slots, respecting your time maps and working backward from deadlines. The blocked schedule syncs back to Google Calendar or Outlook so it's visible wherever you manage your day. As new tasks come in or meetings shift, you add or modify tasks and trigger a reschedule. The AI learns which tasks you consistently defer or delay and adjusts default priorities over time. Weekly review prompts help you audit unfinished tasks and update your estimates before the next planning cycle.
