How It Works

Install Simplescraper from the Chrome Web Store and navigate to any webpage you want to scrape. Click the extension icon to open the selection panel, then click on the elements you want to capture — text, links, images, or numbers. Simplescraper identifies the repeating structure automatically and highlights matching items on the page. Give each field a name, then run a test scrape to preview the output. When the structure looks right, save it as a recipe. Recipes can run on demand or on a schedule, and scrapes execute in Simplescraper's cloud infrastructure, not on your local machine. Results land in your dashboard as a structured table. Export to Google Sheets with automatic row appending, download as JSON or CSV, or hit the built-in API endpoint to pull data into other tools programmatically. For multi-page datasets, Simplescraper follows pagination links automatically until it reaches the end or a limit you set.
