Upload a source photo (the face to apply) and a target photo, video, or GIF (the media to apply it to). Picsi.AI's Inswapper Dax model processes the swap using ultra-high-resolution blending that preserves skin texture, lighting, and facial detail. The Optimizer feature (on by default) also applies Shapify to align face shapes between source and target, reducing proportion mismatches common in lower-quality tools. Expressify (paid feature) synchronizes the emotional expression of the source face with the target — useful for dramatic or commercial content. For videos, you can select which specific face in the clip to swap using a reference photo rather than relying on auto-detection. The Face Swap Studio handles all job types simultaneously with batch processing of up to 10 files at once. Credits are consumed per operation: 1 credit per face for images, 2 credits per second for video. Credits reset daily at 0:00 UTC and do not carry over.
