Building a Workflow means chaining together Actions: pull a file, extract structured data, run a research agent, call an external API, generate a document, send an email. Each action is configurable by clicking or by using Copilot to describe what you want in natural language. Loops, conditionals, and variable outputs handle branching logic without code. Agents deploy into Slack or Teams channels where team members trigger them by asking questions or uploading files. As of late 2025, Agents can create and share editable files — Word docs, PowerPoints, PDFs, Excel sheets — directly inside chat conversations.
